Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is ready to make the payment of the cheque amount to the respondent No.2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, after some arguments, submitted that she may be allowed to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to approach the concerned Court for the cancellation of NBW issued against the petitioner and also for making payment to the respondent No.2. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for. CRL.M.A. 35793/2018 & CRL.M.A 35794/2018 are also disposed of.
