% 07.02.2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the parties have settled their disputes and have agreed to amicably dissolve the marriage by mutual consent. He submits that the first motion has already been allowed by order dated 07.01.2019 by the Principal Judge, Family Court.
Learned counsel further submits that the issue with regard to maintenance;
past, present and future, has already been settled between the parties.
In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition.
The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
