% 07.03.2019 Pursuant to the order dated 25th April, 2018, the respondents had filed an affidavit dated 2nd August, 2018 of Mr.Madhuvath Devula, Deputy Director of Airworthiness at DGCA Headquarters, O/o Directorate General of Civil Aviation, New Delhi. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she is satisfied with the said affidavit and the averments made therein.
