% 06.12.2016 This disposed of appeal is listed today for directions for disbursement of the enhanced compensation.

Appellants were directed to remain present in person in the Court today, but they are not present. Their absence is sought to be explained by appellants' counsel by submitting that appellant No.1 is unwell today and remaining appellants are minors, who are represented through her only. Both sides submit that there is a typographical error in the order of 4th October, 2016 and its correction would not in any way impact the outcome of the aforesaid order. The typographical error pointed out in paragraph No.5 of the aforesaid order is that enhancement has to be from `16,21,000/- to `20,36,800/-.

In view of aforesaid, typographical error in paragraph No.5 of the aforesaid order is corrected to read as under: - MAC.APP. 672/2015

5. The appeal is allowed and the compensation awarded to the appellants is enhanced from `16,21,000/- to `20,36,800/- alongwith interest @ 9% per annum from date of filing of petition till realization.

In absence of appellants, it is directed that the enhanced compensation of `4,15,800/- alongwith interest @ 9% per annum be released by UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch, New Delhi directly into the accounts of respondents-claimants in the ratio as already indicated in the impugned Award within six weeks. The concerned Branch of UCO bank be apprised of this order forthwith.
