% 09.03.2016 The mediation report has been received which indicates that the settlement is not possible.

With the consent of the parties, the present petition is disposed of, as the process of constituting the Arbitral Tribunal is in progress. It is agreed that the interim order granted on 2nd September, 2015 shall continue till the time it is vacated or modified by the Arbitral Tribunal which is yet to be constituted. They are also agreeable that the present petition be treated as an application under Section 17 of the Act and the petitioners would be filing the pleadings of this petition before the Arbitral Tribunal. Ordered accordingly.

The petition is accordingly disposed of.

Pending application also stands disposed of.
