% 17.02.2016 Status report has been filed according to which, the order passed by Sh. V.K. Bansal, learned Additional Sessions Judge dismissing the complaint of the complainant has not been challenged by the complainant. That being so, no further investigation in the matter is required and final report under Section 173 Cr.PC will be submitted in the Court within one month.
Petitioner, however, submits that despite passing of the order dated 18.02.2015, he was called twice by the Investigating Officer of the case with the result he was constrained to move an application for grant of anticipatory bail. Inspector Naresh Kumar from Police Station Janakpuri is present in the Court and assures that no such call will be made to the petitioner nor he will be harassed in any manner. That being so, nothing survives in this petition. Same is accordingly disposed of. Pending application is also disposed of.
