The learned counsel for the petitioner prays for leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the respondents again with another representation for grant of Compassionate Allowance under Rule 41 of the CCS Pension Rules.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. 3.

In case the petitioner moves a representation in terms of this liberty, the respondents shall consider the same on merit without being influenced by the rejection of the earlier representation vide the Impugned Order. The representation should be decided within a period of eight weeks of receipt thereof.
