% 14.11.2018 Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the said petition with liberty to file a fresh while after going through new police of 2017.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, this writ petition and the accompanying applications are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. At this stage, counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the policy of 2017 has not been furnished to him by the respondent.
