% 10.11.2017 On the complaint of respondent no.2 FIR No.663/2015 under section 354 IPC was registered at Police Station Vasant Kunj (South). It is submitted that petitioner and respondent no.2 have now settled the matter voluntarily vide settlement agreement dated 30th June, 2017 and, therefore, the aforementioned FIR may be quashed. Ms. Sapna Singh, Respondent no.2 is present in the court and has been identified by SI Sanjeev Chauhary, PS Vasant Kunj (South). She admits having settled the matter with the petitioner of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. Affidavit of respondent no.2 is also on record, which substantiates the factum of settlement arrived at between her and the petitioner. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case as
