O R D E R
% 13.08.2018 Counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has been settled with the complainant vide memorandum of Settlement dated 13.08.2018. The complainant is present in court along with counsel and has not disputed the settlement.
Learned counsel for the complainant submits that the settlement has been arrived at between the complainant and the petitioner. FIR was lodged in consequence of property dispute.
Vide order dated 30.08.2017, the petitioner was granted protection.
Said protection is continuing till date.
The complainant has no objection, if the anticipatory bail is granted to the petitioner.
Keeping in mind the Settlement arrived at between the petitioner and the complainant, it is ordered that in case of arrest, petitioner be released on
bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer/SHO concerned.
Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
