% 16.07.2018 Respondent No.2 who is the father of respondent No.3 on the last date, sought some time to observe the behaviour and conduct of the petitioner and his family members. Today, respondent No.2 states that neither the petitioner nor his daughter i.e. respondent No.3 wants to maintain any relationship with him and thus he is not inclined to give his consent for quashing of FIR.

In view of the statement of respondent No.2, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition. Leave granted. Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
