Crl.Rev.P.664/2017 With the consent of the parties, the matter is taken up for hearing ̣. Counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently charges under section 308 IPC have not been framed against co-accused Raj Kumar. The present petition is disposed of with liberty to parties of being heard before the Trial Court and the Trial Court shall pass order to this

effect whether the charge under section 308 IPC is required to be framed against co-accused Raj Kumar.
