% 19.09.2017 Respondent Nos.1, 3 and 4 are served. It has come to the notice of the petitioner that respondent No.2 has expired.

Subject to the petitioner taking steps for commencing arbitration proceedings within two weeks from today, the interim order passed by this court dated 29.08.2017 is confirmed. The petitioner may take steps before the learned arbitrator to substitute the legal heirs of the deceased respondent No.2 as per law.

The interim order shall continue to operate till the pendency of the arbitration proceedings. The parties including LRs of deceased respondent No.2 are granted liberty to approach the learned arbitrator for modification/vacation of the interim order.

Petition stands disposed of.
