% 01.12.2017 Though notice could not be served on the respondents, counsel for the petitioner submits that the Arbitral Tribunal for adjudication of the disputes that have arisen between the parties has already been constituted. The Arbitrator has also entered reference. In that view of the matter, the present application will be considered as an application under section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 before the Arbitral Tribunal. It shall be open to the respondents to raise all contentions in opposition of the same before the Arbitrator.

The interim order dated 29.08.2017 is extended for a period of four weeks. It will be open to the Arbitrator to extend/modify/vacate the interim order in accordance with law.
