% 31.07.2018 By this petition, the petitioner had sought transfer of investigation in case FIR No.271/2016 under Section 304 IPC registered at PS Lajpat Nagar to be transferred to CBI or any other independent agency. In view of the statement of the learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State recorded on the last date of hearing that a cancellation report has been filed, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a protest petition has already been filed by the petitioner before the Court of Competent Jurisdiction and he would avail his remedies before the said Court. He thus seeks leave to withdraw the present petition. Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
