% 29.08.2017 The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that copy of the order passed by the Armed Forces Appellate Tribunal dated 25th August, 2017 dismissing OA No.1420/2017 has not been made available to him and in view thereof, he is unable to challenge the said order before the Supreme Court of India.
The respondents submit that it is open to the petitioner to approach the Supreme Court of India in accordance with law, making the aforesaid assertion.
We are not inclined to entertain the present writ petition which is filed with a prayer that there should be mandatory direction to the
respondents not to discharge the petitioner from service on 31st August, 2017 and retain him till the time he approaches the Supreme Court of India.
With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is not entertained.
