% 20.01.2016 Learned counsel for the respondent states that the compliance has been made in view of the order passed on 18th December, 2015. The claim before the arbitrator is Rs.17,34,444/- along with interest @ 18% p.a. The award has been passed in favour of the respondent to the tune of same amount plus interest @ 12% p.a. from 6th July, 2011 to 10th July, 2015 and if not paid by 30th July, 2015 then future interest @ 18% p.a. Thus the valuation of the claim is less than Rs.1 crore.

dated 24th November,2015 and in exercise of power conferred by Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015, (Act 23 of 2015), which came into force with effect from 26th October, 2015 vide Notification No. F.No.L-19015/04/2012-Jus dated 26th October, 2015 issued by the Government of India, Ministry of Law, Justice & Company Affairs published in Gazette of India Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3 Subsection (ii), the present matter is liable to be transferred to the

learned District Judge Karkardooma (East), Karkardooma Courts, Delhi. Parties to appear before the concerned Court on 4th March, 2016.
