% 18.09.2017 The petitioner seeks bail in connection with FIR No.1124/2016, Dated 16.12.2016( PS Mangolpuri) instituted for the offences under Sections 307, 323 and 34 of the IPC and Sections 24, 27, 54 and 57 of the Arms Act. The petitioner and the complainant are neighbours. The allegation against the petitioner is of inflicting injuries on the complainant by a button actuated knife and the knife is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The FIR discloses that the alleged occurrence took place when the petitioner was under the influence of alcohol. The petitioner is in custody since 23.12.2016. Taking into account the nature of accusation and the period of the custody of the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety of the like amount
to the satisfaction of the trial court.
The bail application stands disposed of.
