CRL.M.C. 3431/2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that necessary direction may be given to the Trial Court for expediting the trial of the case as there are 29 witnesses out of which 9 witnesses have been examined. Notice. Learned APP for the State accepts notice. In view of the submission made by counsel for the petitioner, the prayer is allowed and the Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible.

The present petition stands disposed of accordingly. A copy of this order be sent to the concerned Trial Court forthwith for information and necessary compliance.
