versus CENTRAL RESERVE POLICE FORCE THR DIRECTOR GENERAL & ANR ..... Respondents Through:

Mr. Rajesh Kumar and Mr. Deepak, Advocate for respondent (CRPF)
CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE NAJMI WAZIRI
O R D E R
% 18.03.2019 There is no clarity from the respondent apropos appointment of the petitioner in terms of the order of the Division Bench, directing him to be appointed as Head Constable (GD) in CRPF. The case was passed over for the respondent to obtain instructions. Mr. Gaurang Kanth, Standing Counsel for the Govt. of India is present in Court and has been asked to assist the Court.
After receiving instructions, he states that the Court's orders have been complied with in terms of the application of the petitioner for appointment as Constable (GD) in CRPF. He submits that therefore the reference to his appointment to the post of Head Constable (GD) is a typographical error. The learned counsel for the petitioner, upon instructions, agrees to this and states that the petitioner is satisfied as being appointed to the post of Constable (GD) since he had applied only for the said post.
In view of the aforesaid, no further orders are required. Accordingly, the petition is disposed off.
