O R D E R

% 02.11.2018 The petitioner was arrested on the basis of allegations made by seven year girl child, as statedly corroborated by CCTV footage of the place where the incident took place, of he having molested her with sexual intent, the acts committed constituting offence under Section 8 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

Having regard to the nature of offence, the charge-sheet having already been filed and cognizance taken, the case being on the verge of commencement of trial, it is not desirable at this stage to release the petitioner on bail inasmuch as the victim is yet to be examined.
