% 30.07.2018 Respondent no.2 Vikas Dewan is present in Court along with her counsel and has been identified by SI Virender Kumar of police station KNK Marg.

It is submitted that petitioner no. 1 (wife) and respondent no. 2 (husband) have started living together since March 2018 after settling their disputes amicably.

Respondent no.2 says that he has no objection in case FIR No.208/2017 under Section 317 IPC registered at police station KNK Marg and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed against the petitioners. Petitioner nos.2 & 3 are uncle and grandfather of the

petitioner no.1.

Keeping in mind that wife and husband have started living together after resolving their differences and the child born out of the wedlock of the petitioner no.1 and respondent no.2 is also living with them, in my view, no fruitful purpose would be served to keep the criminal proceedings pending. Accordingly, in the interest of justice FIR No.208/2017 under Section 317 IPC registered at police station KNK Marg and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
