Learned counsel for the petitioner, after some arguments, submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to move an appropriate application for cancellation of NBW etc. before the concerned Trial Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that the petitioner is ready to pay the cheque amount and will mention these facts in the application.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending application is also dismissed as withdrawn. It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the present petition.
