Learned counsel for the petitioner has tendered unconditional apology in the Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that he has utmost respect for the Judges and the Court. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been delaying the matter and the Trial Court has passed a detailed order on 26.9.2018 closing the further cross-examination of PW-54 Aditya Ravi. However, this Court may pass any order in the interest of justice.

Taking into consideration, the apology of the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as in the interest of justice and the cause submitted, I deem it appropriate to give one opportunity for the crossexamination of PW-54 Aditya Ravi. Accordingly, the order of Trial Court dated 26.9.2018 is set aside and the petitioner is granted one opportunity to cross-examine PW-54 Aditya Ravi subject to deposit of a sum of Rs.5,000/- in the Delhi High Court Advocates‟ Welfare Trust

within ten days and the receipt thereof shall be filed by the petitioner before the Trial Court.

It is clarified that no adjournment shall be sought by the petitioner or would be given by the Trial Court for the crossexamination of PW-54 Aditya Ravi. In case, adjournment is sought by the petitioner for the cross-examination of PW-54, the Court shall close the cross-examination of PW-54 for and on behalf of the petitioner.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
