The petitioner has not put appearance. Order dated 06.12.2017 has not been complied with. It is informed that the petitioner is not putting appearance before the Trial Court and non-bailable warrants have been issued against him.

Since the petitioner has failed to comply with the orders, the bail application is dismissed.
