% 07.11.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that matter has been settled with the respondent no.2, in as much as settled amount has been paid, therefore, FIR No.2736/2014 under Section 135 of Electricity Act(amend),2003 and 379 IPC registered at Police Station Mehrauli on the complaint of respondent no,2, may be quashed. Learned counsel for respondent no.2 says that he has instructions from respondent no.2 to convey the Court that matter has been settled with the petitioners and settled amount has also been received. 'No Due Certificate' issued by respondent no.2 is on record as Annexure P-2.
Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no.2, in as much as entire settled amount
stands paid, in the interest of justice, FIR No.2736/2014 under Section 135 of Electricity Act(amend),2003 and 379 IPC registered at PS Mehrauli and the consequent proceedings emanating thereform are quashed.
Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
