This application has been filed praying for a decree to be passed in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 02.07.2024 that has been arrived at between the parties before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre and the terms thereof have been recorded in the Settlement Agreement dated 02.07.2024 signed by all the parties. 2.
The plaintiff and defendant nos.1 to 4 are present in the Court in person, while the defendant no.5 appears virtually. They have been identified by the counsels. They affirm that they have executed the Settlement Agreement out of their own freewill and volition and undertake to abide by the terms thereof.

I have perused the terms of the same and find the same to be lawful.
