Respondent no.2 Ms.Rajbala is present in Court along with her counsel and has been identified by SI Shyam Lal Dagar of PS Kapashera. Respondent no.2 accepts notice and submits that she has settled the matter with the petitioners of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion vide compromise deed dated 28.07.2017. Respondent

no.2 submits that she has received the settled amount of `23,000/- and has no objection in case FIR No. 63/2014 under Sections 354/34 IPC registered at police station Kapashera and consequent proceedings are quashed against petitioners.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between petitioners and respondent no.2 voluntarily, in my view, no fruitful purpose would be served in keeping the criminal proceedings pending. Accordingly, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
