This is an application whereby the appellant seeks to withdraw the instant appeal, in view of the settlement arrived at with the respondent. Copy of the Settlement Agreement (SA) dated 03.06.2022 has been placed on record.

The appellant is present in Court and is identified by Mr. D.S. Dagar, Advocate. The appellant states that the SA has been arrived at with her consent and her signatures are appended on the SA. 3.

In view of the submission made before us by the learned counsel for the appellant as well as the appellant, the prayer made in the application is allowed. The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn, having regard to the SA executed between the parties.
