% 22.09.2017 This writ petition, in our opinion should not be entertained. The petitioner had impugned order dated 11th January, 2017 passed by the Senior Record Officer, Officer In Charge, Record Office Army Ordinance Corps, Secunderabad, before the Armed Forces Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi in O.A. No. 317/2017. By order dated 6th March, 2017, this O.A was dismissed observing that the Tribunal was not inclined to interfere as no cause of indulgence on any account was established. A review filed by the petitioner was also dismissed vide order dated 2nd May, 2017.
The petitioner has now approached the High Court in this writ petition under Article 226 impugning the same order dated 11th January, 2017. This is impermissible and the writ is not maintainable. The petitioner, if aggrieved by the orders dated 6th March, 2017 and 2nd May, 2017 passed by the Principal Bench of the Armed Forces,
should take recourse with the proceedings in accordance with law. With the aforesaid observations, we do not entertain the present writ petition and the same is dismissed.
