By way of this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. read with Article 227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner is seeking quashing of case FIR No.63/2013 registered under Section 354 IPC at PS Subzi Mandi and the proceedings emanating therefrom on the basis of settlement. 2.

Today learned counsel for the petitioner submits that complainant is not cooperating in quashing the FIR and he may be permitted to withdraw CRL.M.C. 3497/2017

this petition with liberty to approach the Court as and when the complainant is willing to appear before the Court.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting the liberty as prayed. Crl.M.A. Nos.14215/2017& 14217/2017 Dismissed as infructuous.
