Learned APP for State has accepted notice and has pointed out that the petitioner has filed the present petition seeking quashing of FIR but the petitioner has not mentioned the correct particulars. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh petition indicating correct particulars.

In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh petition, if desires, as per law.
