Mr. Sanjay Goyal, Advocate for the petitioners stated that the petitioner no. 2/Shri Gauri Shanker Gupta has already expired long time back and now the petitioner no. 1 is represented by Shri Radhey Shyam Aggarwal who is present in the court and is identified by Mr. Sanjay Goyal, Advocate. The counsel for the petitioners further stated that as per the resolution dated 07.05.2024, Shri Radhey Shyam Aggarwal is authorised to withdraw the present petition and he be allowed to withdraw the present petition on behalf of the petitioner no. 1. It is prayed that Shri Radhey Shyam Aggarwal be permitted to withdraw the present petition to which the respective counsel for the respondents do not have any objection.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn along with pending application.
