Learned counsel for the DDA/respondent No.3 is present through VC and submits that the DDA has no involvement in the land in question. Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2/NorthDMC submits that the land in question is a private land and MCD has no say in the present matter. It is also pointed out that the reliefs claimed in the present petition are basic in nature. 3.

Since none has cared to appear for the petitioner society today, the present petition is dismissed for non-appearance as well as nonprosecution. DHARMESH SHARMA, J.
