In my order dated 15th November, 2017, I had proposed to appoint Justice Manmohan Sarin (Retd.) as a sole arbitrator for adjudication of the disputes that have arisen between parties in connection with the Agreement dated 30th May, 2011. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that instead of appointing him, the dispute be referred to the Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DAC) for appointment of an arbitrator. 3.

In view of the request made today, I direct the parties to appear before DAC on 4th January, 2018 at 2.00 P.M.

DAC shall appoint a sole arbitrator for adjudication of the disputes that have arisen between the parties. The arbitration and the

fee shall be governed by the rules of the DAC. 5.

The petition is allowed in the above terms.
