For the reasons stated in the application and averments made in the same, the application is allowed. The date of hearing is advanced to today.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that, in view of the circumstance that the SDMC has carried out demolition in the subject properties, no further directions are called for in the present petition.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents does not refute the averments.

In view of the same, the present petition is disposed of accordingly. Pending application also stands disposed of. The date already fixed stands cancelled.
