% 15.05.2018 The disclosure statement has been received from the Arbitrator. Having perused the same, I see no impediment in confirming the appointment of the proposed Arbitrator.

I therefore appoint Mr.S.K. Tandon, Retd. Additional District Judge, (R/o 244, Bank Enclave, Delhi-110092, Mobile:-9811719888) as a Sole Arbitrator for adjudicating the disputes that have arisen between the parties in relation to the award of work of Construction of Residential Units i.e. Type-II=63, Type-III=10 and Type IV= Units (75 units) Quarters in Shakurbasti area in lieu of residential units constructed by CONCOR at Tughlakabad to the Petitioner vide letter dated 04.01.2012. The petition is allowed in the above terms and with no order as to cost.
