2. Issue notice.

3. Mr. Rahul Sharma, learned counsel appearing for the Respondent accepts notice and points out that as far as refund for the second quarter of 2013 is concerned, the refund order was passed way back in 2016. A copy thereof has been handed over to counsel for the Petitioner.

4. As regards other periods for which refund is claimed, learned counsel for the Respondent assures that the claim will be verified and orders will be passed within four weeks. This statement is taken on record. The refund W.P. (C) No. 7780/2017

amount with interest due thereon shall be directly credited to the account of the Petitioner within two weeks of the refund order being issued. 5.

The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. If there is any grievance regarding non-compliance with the above directions, it would be open to the Petitioner to seek appropriate reliefs in accordance with law. S. MURALIDHAR, J.
