% 22.01.2019 By this petition, the petitioner had sought registration of FIR on the complaint to the Joint Commissioner of Police EOW given on 9th February, 2018.

A status report has been handed over which is taken on record. As per the status report, on the complaint of the petitioner FIR No.235/2018 under Sections 420/406/120-B IPC at PS EOW on 28th November, 2018 has been registered.

In view of the status report handed over, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition any further. Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
