O R D E R

The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. with the following:

"I. to direct to carry out investigation by the IO not below the rank of Inspector in FIR no. 17/2006, Anil V State & ors, PS Dabari, pending before Ld. Ms. Meenu Kaushik, Dwaraka Court, in the charges of forgery and misappropriation allowed under section 216 by the Ld ASJ against the respondents; vide order clated 26.09.18 II. to direct recovery of misappropriated income earned from playing commercial Vehicles and sale proceeds of commercial vehicles, rental income and agriculture products thereof from the respondents.

III. to direct Strict legal action against the IO. The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 02/07/2025 at 10:06:47

IV. Pass any other order which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in favour of the petitioner and against the respondents."

Learned ASC for the state has submitted that the charge-sheet has already been filed and the case is at the stage of prosecution evidence. Since the charge-sheet has been filed and the petitioner is not appearing, it seems that the petition has become infructuous. In view of the above, the present petition along with pending application stands dismissed.
