% 15.11.2018 Parties have entered into a settlement agreement before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 27.09.2017. The settlement agreement is signed by Dr.Vishal Chawla, the plaintiff and Ms.Aastha Kottary, Power of Attorney Holder of the defendant-Mrs. Gajra Kottary. The power of attorney is also on record. The settlement agreement is also signed by the learned counsel for the parties and the learned Mediator. The terms and conditions of the settlement are legal and valid. A decree is passed in terms of the settlement agreement. The settlement agreement shall form part of the decree sheet. The suit stands disposed of.
