The petitioner has filed the above captioned petition, inter alia, praying that FIR No. 0414/2018 under Section 304A of the IPC registered with PS Prashant Vihar be transferred to some other specialised investigation agency/crime branch.

Mr Mehra, learned standing counsel appearing for the State submitted that there has been no delay on the part of the investigation agency as the report of the Delhi Medical Council was awaited. The said report has since been received. He states, on instructions, that the investigation would now be completed within a period of four weeks from today. 5.

In view of the above statement, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner does not wish to press the present petition. The same is, accordingly, disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to apply afresh if the investigation is not completed within a period of four weeks from date. All the pending applications are also disposed of. 6.
