CM. No. 18701/2019 (extension of time) The present application is filed on behalf of the petitioner under Section 151 CPC for extension of time for depositing arrears of rent. Vide order dated 30.11.2018, the following directions were passed:- "In the circumstances, the petitioner shall deposit arrears of rent w.e.f 01.10.2016 @ Rs.8000/- per month, within two months, in the Trial Court and shall keep on depositing the rent with the Trial Court which in turn shall release to the respondent/plaintiff."

In the present application, no cogent ground has been mentioned for extension of time to deposit the arrears of rent. There is no merit in the

application, the same is dismissed.

However, learned counsel for the petitioner voluntarily submits that he shall deposit the overdue rent today. Let the needful be done by the petitioner.
