W.P.(CRL) 2559/2017 Mr. M.P. Singh, learned APP on behalf of Mr.Avi Singh, Additional Standing Counsel, submits that closure report has already been filed in the present case.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has also informed this court that the dispute between the petitioner and the complainant has been settled. The respondent no. 2/ complainant, who is present in the court has affirmed the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel.

Since, the closure report has been filed in the subject FIR, there is no requirement of passing any order.

Writ petition is disposed off accordingly.
