% 17.08.2018 Notice.

Learned APP accepts notice for respondent no. 1.

Respondent nos.2 to 5 are present in Court and accepts notice. They have been identified by SI Talib Khan of police station Neb Sarai. Respondent nos.2 to 5 submits that they have settled the matter with the petitioners of their own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. Respondent nos. 2 to 5 says that they have no objection in case FIR No.333/2017, under Sections 308/427/34 IPC, police station-Neb Sarai is quashed against the petitioners.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and

private - respondents voluntarily, in my view, no fruitful purpose would be served to keep the criminal proceedings pending. Accordingly, in the interest of justice, the aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
