% 26.11.2018 Notice. Learned APP accepts notice for respondent no.1. Respondent nos.2 & 3 are present in Court and accept notice. They have been identified by SI Mahavir of police station Anand Parbat. Respondent nos.2 & 3 submits that they have settled the matter with petitioners of their own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion vide Compromise Deed dated 05.10.2018. They further submit that in view of the settlement, they have no objection in case FIR No.618/2014 under sections 308/323/34 IPC registered at police station Anand Parbat

and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom, are quashed against the petitioners.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent nos.2 & 3 voluntarily, in my view, no fruitful purpose would be served in keeping the FIR pending.

Accordingly, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
