Considering that appellants are sons of the respondent/plaintiff and the appeal is stated to be disposed of as not pressed, but time of one year is prayed to vacate the suit premises, accordingly while disposing of the appeal as not pressed, appellants are granted time to vacate the suit premises on or before 31.8.2018 but subject to the appellants clearing the amount of the money decree passed by the courts below.
Arrears of money decree will be positively cleared within a period of two months from today and future month by month charges will be paid every month till the time the appellants stay in possession of the suit premises. Appellants will also clear charges of electricity, water etc payable by them with respect to the portion under their occupation.

Let appellants file affidavits of undertakings in terms of the present order within two weeks and on the appellants filing the undertakings and complying with the terms of the same, appellants will get time to vacate the suit premises till 31.8.2018.

Appeal is accordingly disposed of as not pressed but with the aforesaid observations.
