Crl. W.P. 2504/2017 It is submitted that petitioner and respondent no.3 have settled their disputes amicably vide Memorandum of Understanding dated 19th August, 2017, therefore, FIR No. 205/17 under Sections 354 IPC registered at police station Farsh Bazar may be quashed. Respondent no. 3 is present in Court and has been identified by SI Monu Chauhan of police station Farsh Bazar. Respondent no. 3 submits that petitioner and she are living in the same

locality. She further submits that petitioner has tendered apology which she has accepted, therefore, she is not willing to pursue the FIR any further and the same may quashed.

In view of the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and private respondent and the fact that respondent no. 3 is not willing to pursue the FIR, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 205/17 under Sections 354 IPC registered at police station Farsh Bazar and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
