Matter is listed on office notice pursuant to a letter received from the learned Additional Sessions Judge praying that the time for completion of trial be extended for a further period of three months. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the matter is listed for recording of the statement of the petitioner and other accused under Section 313 Cr.P.C. today. He states that he is representing all the accused and only one witness will be examined in defence.

In view of the details mentioned in the letter received and the statement of learned counsel for the petitioner, time for conclusion of the trial is extended for a period of four months from today. 4.

Registry will send a copy of the order to the learned Additional Sessions Judge.
