% 28.07.2016 Learned counsel for appellant submits that this appeal needs to be disposed of in terms of the Settlement Agreement 18th March, 2016 arrived at Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. Learned counsel for respondent joins the counsel for appellant in making the said prayer.

In view of the above, this appeal and the application are disposed of in terms of the Settlement Agreement of 18th March, 2016 as it is stated by both the sides that the aforesaid Settlement Agreement has been acted.
